Forming Faithful Shepherds for a Broken World
Rooted in Tradition, Moving in the Spirit
We train and equip priests and deacons for faithful ministry within the Charismatic Episcopal Church of North America by forming leaders rooted in Scripture, sacrament, Spirit-empowered life, and pastoral mission.
Ministry in the Middle of Life
Saint Michael’s Seminary is structured to serve men who are faithfully living out their calling in the midst of real responsibilities.
Our formation model allows students to pursue seminary training while continuing to:
- Work full-time
- Serve in their local parish
- Be present as husbands and fathers
The Charismatic Episcopal Church of North America affirms the vocation of marriage and family life for clergy and does not require celibacy for its priests. We believe strong clergy households strengthen the Church.
Three Streams - One Priesthood
Saint Michael’s Seminary forms clergy in the three streams of convergence worship:
Evangelical
Deeply rooted in the authority of Holy Scripture as the Word of God and the foundation of our faith.
Sacramental
Centering our worship in the historic liturgies and the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
Charismatic
Expectant and open to the power and presence of the Holy Spirit in every aspect of life and ministry.
